When I go anywhere, I want to feel welcomed and appreciated. At each casino we visited, the staff was rude, showed no sign of hospitality, and they made it very evident that they don’t care. It’s sad to see what’s happening to Tunica & I hope they turn it around. As I mentioned in other reviews, it is becoming very evident over the years how Penn Gaming and all of the other property owners are neglecting certain aspects of their properties. The Tunica area is home to Bally’s, Fitzgerald’s, the Gold Strike, Harrah’s, Hollywood, the Horseshoe, Roadhouse, Sam’s Town and the Resorts Casino. The quality of food was so poor, it was not edible. It was the most disgustingly dirty place I’ve ever ate at. I don’t understand how this was even an issue. When we swiped at the kiosk, we had over $30. We were told by the buffet cashier that we didn’t have any comps. We play a lot at Hollywood St Louis and we wanted to use our comps at the buffet.
